EXO ezEX-RJ45 Termination and Test Kit is an all-in-on kit for the tools and test equipment needed for precision and speed in the field. This kit includes all the termination, preparation, and test tools needed to properly terminate . All tools, tester, and connectors come neatly organized in a heavy-duty nylon hanging pouch.

Standard RJ45 Issues

The most common issue with traditional pass-through connectors is the incomplete trimming of conductors, leading to voltage shorts & crosstalk. This gets worse as your crimp tool's blade dulls with use.

What Makes ezEX Different?

ezEX-RJ45 connectors feature a molded load bar ensuring conductors are completely trimmed off during the crimping process.

Additionally, ezEX-RJ45 connectors feature a patented hi-lo staggered wire path reducing near end crosstalk and allowing for larger diameter conductors.

ezEX-RJ45 connectors are available in a variety of constructions, accommodating both shielded and unshielded cable up to 0.290" diameter & 24-22AWG conductor sizes.

The EXO Crimp Frame with EXO-EX Die is the original, patented RJ45 crimp system featuring a swappable cassette for either ezEX-RJ45 or EZ-RJ45 pass-through connectors.
