Our Vapor Boxes are designed for mounting ceiling fans, fixtures, and devices in new construction. This product has built-in flanges with gaskets attached to form a protective barrier against air infiltration, enabling installers to meet local codes where necessary. 18.3 cu. in. 70lb fan rated at 24" on center. 110lb fan rated at 16" on center, 90lb rated fixture on 24" on center. 150lb at 16" fixture rated. Ensuring fast, easy, and secure installation in new construction, our vapor boxes mount to wood or steel joists with nails or screws.
This product is designed for single drywall application.
